The ONE°15 Fit Challenge 2016/17 is a fitness competition consisting of six events, each taking place for a month: pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, bodyweight squats, 1.6 km/ 2.4 km run and lap swim.

Perform the most number of reps or clock the fastest time for each of the challenges to stay in the top 10 positions and keep your name on the gym leaderboard. At the end of every challenge, winners will be announced and those with their names on the leaderboard will be awarded points. Accumulate the highest points to become the overall winner at the end of the 6-month challenge! Prizes will be given to overall winners and winners of each challenge
