Please be informed of the following updates on the latest CIQP procedures for all boats.

With effect of 1 April 2016, immigration and custom clearance can only be processed at the following 2 gazetted Immigration Anchorages.

Information for yacht arriving and departure.
 
Before arrival, here are some key notes for boaters before you make your way to our marina.

Immigration and Customs

  • All yachts are required to engage a licensed shipping agent to handle the paper work on your arrival and departure.
  • Immigration and custom clearance can only be processed at the following 2 gazetted Immigration Anchorages opened 24 hours a day and 7 days a week:

Changi General Purpose Anchorage
Approximate Position (Lat 01o20.2’N Long 104o03.8’E)

Western Quarantine & Immigration Anchorage off Sisters Island
Approximate Position (Lat 01o13.0’N Long103o49.7’E)

  • The Immigration boat will be stationed at the designated area, and can be reached at VHF Channel 74, Fax +65 62735635,Tel +65 63775882/+65 63775992.
  • All passports and Crew/Passenger Lists must be handed over to the Immigration Officer at the Anchorage for verification. Please have extra copies of Crew/Passenger List on board.
  • If you have NOT been cleared by Immigration Officer at the Anchorage, we cannot permit entry into the marina. For further details, please click here.
  • Please take note that it is now mandatory for yachts to be equipped with AIS when entering Singapore waters.  For further details, please click here.
  • Captain/Owner MUST email the information on your vessel to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. at least 12 hours before entering Singapore waters. Please refer to NOA & NOA Empty Form

Online Port Clearance and Port Due Payment
For yachts fitted with AIS system and valid MMSI number, we can process the port clearance and assist to pay the port dues through MPA Marine net.  A fee of S$40.00 Per Port Clearance, exclusive of GST is applicable.

Please note that inward port clearance must be processed within 48 hours, and outward can be done 48 hours in advance.

Documents required for outward port clearance

  1. Valid boat registration certificate
  2. Last port clearance

For yachts without AIS; registry; or expired registry, Captain/Owner is required to personally process the port clearance and pay the Port Dues at:
