Singapore, 25 August 2017 – To commemorate its 10-year milestone, ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove, Singapore will host a carnival-style celebration on 10 September 2017. While past years’ celebrations have always been closed to members, this year’s event is open to the public and everyone including the little ones are welcome to come by the Club and explore its offerings.

ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove will pop the champagne with a grand carnival on the 10th September 2017, 11am – 9pm, and guests can expect a wide range of land and water activities. The carnival celebrates a decade since the opening of the marina in Sentosa Cove where it has become Asia’s finest hub for marina and leisure activities over the years.

On Water

There’s nothing that can describe us better than a bit of sea and sun. Dip in the waters and get splashy with the selection of pool floats, water mats and air loungers. Explore our crafts and go on a yacht at the mini boat show or simply, enjoy a complimentary boat ride onboard one of our luxury yachts to the Southern Islands or Marina Bay precinct while taking in the beautiful sights of the Singapore coastline. Sea trials running from 11am to 9pm are open to the public with 50 slots available every hour, subject to a first-come first-served basis.

Kids’ Activities

Leave your child with fond memories of their September school holidays and bring them over for a fun-filled experience at the Club. Activities for the little ones include bouncy castle, pool floats, Lego competition, cooking competition, free-play clay sculpting, balloon sculpting, popcorns, candy floss and more!

Marketplace

Visit the pop-up marketplace with pretty light installations and over 20 stalls selling food, fashion, and artisanal products. Featuring vendors from Artbox Singapore and Geylang Serai Ramadan Bazaar, guests can sample hipster food items including fresh fruit popsicles from Popaganda, Spanish churros from Churros Republic, and multicolored drinks from The Talad Drink & Thai Kitchen.

Supercars Display

Car aficionados will be in for a treat as a stunning collection of 10 Ferrari supercars gather for photo taking opportunities. The multi-million line-up will feature some of the finest models from the Prancing Horse.

Entertainment

It is a musical marathon at the carnival as five up and coming bands battle it out live on stage to win $2,000 in cash! Cheer your favorite team on as they perform their very own rendition of pop sensibilities with infectious catchiness.

Following right after the live band competition is one of the highlights of the event – an acrobatic lion dance performance. Hold your breath as the lions prances on poles barely big enough to hold a single shoe! The lions will also perform several jumps, some of which are meters apart, more than a meter high above the ground!

Wind down in the evening and groove to the soothing tunes by Shagies, a 7-piece band delivering a quality selection of pop and rock hits from the 1960s through today. With a set of vast performing experiences at Harry’s Bar, Hard Rock Café and Balaclava, you can be sure to get on your feet and have a good time.

Part of the celebration is also about giving back. Part of the proceeds from the 10th Anniversary Carnival will go towards caring for these patients.
