Draft, edit and proofread all marketing and communication collaterals
Plan and execute marketing and advertising campaigns
Ensure collaterals are rolled out on time by staying on top of the marketing calendar, production schedule, oversee the design and delivery of marketing initiatives, promotions, campaigns and events
Oversee and facilitate production of the club magazine – Longitude
To adhere to brand guidelines for existing business and review brand guidelines from time to time
Ensure that the business is up to date on marketing platforms and trends
Manage all web content, web listings and email blast
Conduct club audits to ensure adhesion to marketing and communications branding and copy guidelines.
Create new partnerships and maintain existing partnerships with external companies
Sourcing and procuring of Club merchandise
Compilation of all feedback forms – online and offline.
Admin duties of Marketing Department – filing, billing, processing of invoice, requisition of stationery
Draft and distribute press releases
Handle media requests for food tasting, filming & photography, interviews, etc
Organise press conference, media events
Develop, champion and manage social media marketing for the business
To engage with customers through the use of social media
To maximise followers on all subscribed social media platforms
Stay current on all social media developments and best practices
Track and monitor all digital media, the success of online initiatives and report findings
Develop and track marketing analytics for web and social media (including web traffic, social media insights and mobile device utilization)
Identify and report social media trends, recommend and implement suitable digital platforms for the business
Total event management – scope includes planning and management of event budget, planning and execution of event program, liaising with internal team and external vendors, obtaining sponsorships, ticket sales, publicity, etc
Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.
Should possess a Degree in Marketing or any related field.
At least 5 years’ experience in related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Superior knowledge of social media landscape, networks and toolsets – blog, social networks, virtual world, wiki, mobile and other emerging trends – including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Foursquare, Pinterest, Instagram
Should possess strong analytical and interpersonal qualities.
Able to use web platforms such as WordPress
Able to multi-task and work within tight deadlines with good organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated, resourceful and proactive.
