CANCELLATION POLICY
Penalty Charges for Cancellation
For cancellation of complimentary events, the cancellation fees are as follows:
- Less than 7 days - $4.50 nett
- Less than 72 hours - $9 nett
- Less than 24 hours/ No-show - $18 nett
*Cancellation policy of complimentary events applies to certain events, at the discretion of the management. Member will be informed at the point of registration.
Substitute Request(s)
If you are unable to attend the event, you are welcome to invite another Member, or a guest, to attend the event in your place at no additional cost.
To register a substitute guest, Member is required to email the name, email address and contact number of both the registered and substitute attendee to
membership.sc@one15maina.com at least 24 hours before the event.
Amendments/ Cancellation by ONE°15 Marina
In the event of an unforeseen circumstance which causes the event to be cancelled, all attendees will be informed via email, and a full refund of registration fees will be made.
ONE°15 Marina reserves the right to modify all or parts of the event at its discretion, for any reason, at any time.
Payment
Cancellation fees will be charged to Member’s account after the event.
