Introduction to Muay Thai

Learn the basic skills and techniques of Muay Thai boxing in this introductory class with our professional gym trainer, Ehsaan! This combat sport from Thailand will push your fitness levels to its limits, with the combined use of fists, elbows, knees and shins. Try something different for your New Year’s resolution and join us for a great workout!
