VACCINATED TRAVEL LANE (VTL) DECLARATION

  • Safe Management Measures
    • Guests who are travelling via the VTL will undergo a COVID-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test at the airport upon arrival in Singapore. After undergoing the test, visitors must immediately take private transportation, a taxi, or a private hire car to travel from the airport to ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove.
    • Non-compliance with any of the prevailing immigration requirements, or conditions of the Vaccinated Travel Pass (VTP) may result in refusal of entry into Singapore and/or cancellation of VTP.
    • Non-compliance with the regulations under the Infectious Diseases Act could also result in a fine of less than S$10,000 or imprisonment of less than six months or both.
    • VTL guests are required to conduct a 7-day mandatory PCR test/ Antigen Rapid Test (ART). Take a self-administered COVID-19 ART using self-procured ART kits on days 2, 4, 5 and 6 of arrival in Singapore and submit your test results online. On Day 3 and 7 of your arrival in Singapore, the test will be self-administered and supervised by an approved COVID-19 test provider. Instructions for the dates of tests, appointment bookings and the web link for results submission will be emailed to you after your arrival in Singapore.
    • After checking-in, guests are required to remain in isolation in the guestroom(s) until they are notified that their test results are negative.
    • Guests will be issued room key cards for one-time use until their results are negative.
    • The results of the COVID-19 PCR test will be out within 24 hours. Once guests have been notified that they have tested negative for COVID-19, they should inform the Front Desk at extension number 0 and email the results to [email protected]Thereafter, guests can exchange their room key card and proceed with their activities in Singapore.
    • In accordance with strict regulations to minimise contact with guests before a negative COVID-19 PCR test result, our hotel staff will not be able to provide housekeeping services during the first 24 hours.
    • The interconnecting door will be locked for all VTL guests who are still waiting for their PCR test results.
    • Meals will be served via room service until a negative PCR result is provided. A table will be set outside the room door for all meal orders to minimise VTL guests’ contact with our staff and other non-VTL guests before their negative results are out.
    • Please avoid activating the “Do Not Disturb” button as this will prevent hotel staff from being able to ring the doorbell, especially when food is delivered.
    • For VTL guests who book the Marina View room, guests will not be allowed to use the balcony before their negative results are out.
    • Fresh towels will be provided daily. These items will be placed in a bag for your collection. After the new towels are taken from the bag, please place your soiled items in the same bag and leave them outside the room.
    • Two laundry bags are provided in each guestroom. Should you require laundry services from the hotel, please contact the Front Desk at extension 0.
    • For fire safety and procedures, please refer to the exit plan behind your room door.
    • Guests are requested to monitor their health closely i.e. twice daily for fever (≥ 37.5°C) and respiratory symptoms such as cough and breathlessness.
    • Should you feel unwell or test positive for COVID-19 during your course of stay, please call our Front Desk immediately at extension number 0 and seek assistance from the hotel.
