4. Can I engage vendors for my solemnization and are they part of the guest limit?

1. How many people can I invite to my solemnization?

Its indeed a stressful task trying to trim the guest list and choosing who will be there on the big day. As per government guidelines, you may invite up to 20 people for this momentous occasion and that includes you, your spouse-to-be, two witnesses, vendors and all guests. Thankfully, the licensed solemnizer is excluded from this capacity limit!

2. Where can I hold my solemnization outside of ROM?

Outside of the ROM, you may hold your solemnization at venues permitted for use by third parties, subject to a limit of 20 persons or the safe capacity of the venue, whichever is lower. Drop an email or enquiry to your preferred venues to see if they are available!

4. Can I engage vendors for my solemnization and are they part of the guest limit?

Check that the vendor you wish to engage has obtained the necessary clearance to operate and they are compliant with prevailing national guidelines. Vendors include photographers, videographers and make-up artists.

Unfortunately, vendors count towards your guest list, but looking on the bright side, they help create beautiful memories for you to reminisce, years after your big day!

5. Can food be served at the ceremony?

Based on guidelines, only refreshments such as coffee, tea and soft drinks can be served at the solemnization venue.

If you wish to have a meal with your loved ones after the solemnization ceremony, choose a venue with F&B outlets in its establishment or in the vicinity.

At ONE°15 Marina, you can select between dining at LATITUDE Bistro to enjoy international cuisines or WOK°15 Kitchen for classic Cantonese dishes. National guidelines for dining in applies accordingly.

6. Can I book a hotel room for our wedding suite?

Yes you can! Check that your solemnisation venue has its accommodation approved by the local authorities to reopen.

We are delighted that ONE°15 Marina is one of the first hotels in Singapore to reopen for leisure! The Club has implemented stringent safe management measures and in addition to SG Clean requirements, additional cleaning efforts and new services are introduced to ensure a safe and clean environment for our Members and guests. Let our wedding specialists know and they will be able to assist with wedding suite bookings.

7. Do I need to conduct SafeEntry or temperature checks for my guests at the solemnization venue?

Yes, it is mandatory to have your guests check in and out via SafeEntry and have their temperatures taken to be sure that they are well before they enter the ceremonial venue. The good news is that you can let the solemnization venue take care of this if they already have SafeEntry and temperature systems in place.

If not, you will need to conduct SafeEntry and temperature taking for your guests.

ONE°15 Marina has been certified SG Clean and is compliant with all government-mandated safe management measures. All guests and vendors will be required to check-in via SafeEntry and temperatures will be taken when they enter the Club. Hence, couples will not need to make any extra arrangement when holding your solemnization at ONE°15 Marina.

In addition, our wedding planner will help to ensure that the set up for your solemnization is compliant with safe distancing measures. Hand sanitizers will also be provided on-site so that it’s easy for everyone to ensure clean hands and good personal hygiene.

8. What if you need to cancel or postpone the ceremony due to the COVID-19 situation?

Check with your wedding coordinator or event specialist on cancellation or postponement policies due to COVID-19. List down your questions and concerns, and only make a booking when you are comfortable doing so.

Due to the prevailing COVID-19 situation, cancellation and postponement policies may be reviewed from time to time subject to the latest government guidelines.
