Shadow Boxing Class

Shadowboxing is a combat sport exercise in which a person throws punches at the air as though there is an opponent. It is a great way to build up that much-needed muscle memory. While you’re in control of your surroundings and you’re focusing on your form, technique, and movement, you are building these important skills into your muscle memory to be able to move about the ring easily and comfortably. Shadowboxing is also a great way to burn some calories and train Martial Arts without any physical contact or need of any equipment.
