We hope you are keeping safe and well at home.
In compliance with the FMCO SOPS, our Sports Centre remains temporarily closed until such time as the restrictions are lifted and we are allowed to resume operations. Upon lifting of restrictions, the sports centre will be ready to welcome you back with exciting classes and events for you to enjoy.
Until then, we have put together some curated virtual activities for the month of August for you and your family to enjoy from the comfort of your home. Details are included below.

CLUB UPDATES
Members August Specials
Extended usage of ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove and improved procedures
As highlighted in our previous newsletter, the Club in conjunction with ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove took the initiative to increase usage for up to 120-days per calendar year (as opposed to the original 90-days per calendar year) exclusively for our Puteri Harbour members in good standing to enjoy dining and world-class facilities who are in Singapore while borders remain closed.
Registration Process
- Puteri Harbour (PH) members are to present their membership card/introduction letter to Front Office (FO) for verification.
- Otherwise, PH members can choose to register on a daily basis.
- A temporary card will be issued by the FO to PH members.
- Due to the strict capacity limitations imposed by the Singapore government to combat COVID-19, Sentosa Cove (SC) will officially grant access to PH members on weekdays only. However, the Club may at its sole discretion give an exception to allow the PH member to on weekends if capacity permits.
Should you require access to high-speed internet during your visit at Sentosa Cove, kindly notify us and we will provide you with the necessary login details for your usage.

Core Blast is a short yet challenging workout that targets your abs, back and midriff. A strong core can help with balance, posture and overall strength. When you have a strong core, everything improves, like your coordination, balance and flexibility.

If you’re looking for a new workout program to add to your routine, you may want to give Tabata Thursday a try. Tabata training is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout and is also a great way to get a quick workout to switch up your routine and to improve your endurance and speed. Incorporate this type of workout into your fitness routine and see the results!

This is the perfect time to focus on a little self-care, and what better way to do so than by practising a morning yoga routine? Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that combines strength and flexibility training with breathing techniques and meditation. The ultimate goal of regular yoga practise is to bring about a connection between your mind and body.

Shadowboxing is also a great way to burn some calories and train Martial Arts without any physical contact or need of any equipment. Get in control of your surroundings and focus on your form, technique, movement, and build these important skills into your muscle memory to be able to move about the ring easily and comfortably.

Join Dr Ronald Lim, Consultant Respiratory Medicine & Internal Medicine (Special Interest in Lung Cancer) from Regency Specialist Hospital for the 1 hour online sharing session to gain insights and updates of the COVID-19 variant in Malaysia and learn more about the effectiveness of the COVID-19 vaccines.

Positive self-talk relates to the ability to overcome negative thinking. Positive self-talk in sports allows performers to be more relaxed, focused, reduce anxiety levels and increase excitement that leads to a successful performance.
Join Coach Yap for a sharing session to discuss the key factors in sports psychology, focus on areas that are in direct control, and how to use positive self-talk during sports training and as well as in competitions.

Meet our Coaches
MR MOHD ASHRAF – ONE°15 ESTUARI SPORTS CENTRE
The Club’s very own Personal Trainer, Coach Yap (Mohd Ashraf) has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sport Science and Master Degrees in Functional Training and Rehabilitation. He also holds certifications in Boxing, Muay Thai, Nutrition, and Sports Psychology.
Coach Yap has over 9 years of experience in sports and fitness training having begun his career as a Sport Officer at the Malaysia Sports Council. In 2018, Coach Yap was named the best trainer by Fitness First in Singapore.
His motto is “Exercise is King, Nutrition is Queen, and Knowledge is the Army. Put them together and you’ve got a Kingdom”.
