\u2022 The vessel agent\/ boater must complete and submit the CIQ Reservation Form online together with the vessel registration, insurance, and crew and passenger list at least one day prior to the boat’s arrival and\/or departure at ONE\u00b015 Marina Sentosa Cove.
\u2022 The vessel agent must be present at ONE\u00b015 Marina Sentosa Cove during the immigration clearance process conducted by Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
\u2022 Cancellations must be made in writing to cr.sc@one15marina.com at least 4 hours before arrival and within office hours (9am \u2013 6pm daily). Cancellations made outside these hours or without sufficient notice will incur custom clearance charges, as ICA cannot be notified in time.
\u2022 Late arrival charges will apply if the vessel arrives more than ten (10) minutes after the confirmed booking arrival time at ONE\u00b015 Marina Sentosa Cove CIQ. The late arrival charge is $78 per 30 minutes or part thereof.
\u2022 The marina will review the reservations for vessels more than 125ft (38.1m) based on the availability of the berth as our CIQ area can only accommodate vessels lesser than 125ft (38.1m).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

\u2022 Vessel owners, operators, and crew are responsible for ensuring compliance with Singapore laws and regulations. Prohibited and controlled items must not be brought into Singapore.   1. What is the ONE\u00b015 Marina 24\/7 CIQ Service?\nThe service enables pleasure craft to complete Customs, Immigration, Quarantine and Port (CIQ) clearance at ONE\u00b015 Marina Sentosa Cove 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to advance booking and regulatory requirements.

  2. Who can use the service?\nThe service is available to both ONE\u00b015 Marina Members and visiting pleasure craft, subject to applicable fees and booking requirements.

  3. Do I still need to make a booking?\nYes. While the service operates 24\/7, bookings must be submitted through the online CIQ reservation form, preferably 24 hours in advance. For next-day clearance, submissions must be made by 6pm the day before. Bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Do I need a vessel\/yacht agent?\nNo. If you are not using an agent, vessel owners or captains may submit the required information via digitalPORT@SG and, upon ICA approval, book directly through the CIQ reservation form. However, many owners choose to use an agent to assist with booking submissions and amendments.

  6. What information do I need to provide?\nYou will typically be required to provide:\n\u2022 Vessel details\n\u2022 Captain details\n\u2022 Crew and passenger details\n\u2022 Passport information\n\u2022 Arrival or departure details\n\u2022 Estimated arrival or departure time

  7. What happens when I arrive at the Marina?\nYour vessel will proceed to the designated CIQ berth, where immigration clearance formalities will be conducted.

  8. Do all passengers and crew need to be present during clearance?\nYes. All passengers and crew listed on the manifest must be onboard and present during the clearance process.

  9. Can passengers, crew or guests board or leave the vessel before clearance is completed?\nNo. Passengers and crew must remain onboard until clearance has been completed. Guests or other visitors who are not part of the clearance process may only board the vessel after all required clearance formalities have been completed.

  11. Do children require immigration clearance?\nYes. All persons onboard, regardless of age, must comply with Singapore immigration requirements.

  12. How long does the clearance process take?\nThe clearance process typically takes approximately 20 to 30 minutes, provided all passengers are present and documentation has been submitted correctly. Processing times may vary depending on operational and regulatory requirements.

What should I do if there are changes after my ICA submission has been approved?\nAny changes to the crew or passenger list will require the existing ICA submission to be cancelled and resubmitted. As the CIQ booking is tied to the approved ICA submission, a new CIQ request must also be submitted before clearance can take place.

  14. Can passengers arrive separately from the vessel?\nFor arrivals into Singapore, all listed passengers and crew must be onboard when the vessel arrives. For departures, we recommend that everyone is onboard at least 30 minutes before the confirmed CIQ booking time to avoid missing the departure clearance slot.

  15. Can I amend the passenger list after clearance has been completed?\nNo. Passenger changes are not permitted once clearance has been completed. A new declaration or clearance process may be required.

  16. What happens if my vessel is delayed or I arrive earlier or later than my booked time?\nArrival time changes must be communicated at least 2 hours in advance where possible. If bad weather or mechanical issues affect your trip, the booking may be amended, postponed or cancelled where possible. Clearance may also be rescheduled, subject to operational and regulatory requirements.

  17. What happens if I need to cancel my booking?\nCancellations must be communicated at least 2 hours in advance where possible so that ICA resources can be released. Cancellation fees may apply. Failure to attend a confirmed booking without notice may result in charges, especially if ICA officers have already been deployed.

  18. What happens if I arrive without a confirmed booking?\nThe 24\/7 CIQ service operates by advance booking only. Vessels arriving without a confirmed booking will only be considered in exceptional situations and are subject to ICA\u2019s approval. Such arrivals may also result in fines imposed by ICA.

  19. Can I clear into Singapore and depart on the same day?\nYes, subject to a valid booking, regulatory requirements and clearance approval.

  20. Can I use the CIQ service for a day trip to Indonesia or Malaysia?\nYes. The service is designed to support regional cruising and day trips between Singapore and neighbouring destinations, subject to the entry and exit requirements of the relevant countries.

  21. Can I bring my pet into Singapore by yacht?\nImporting pets into Singapore by yacht is generally not recommended due to the complexity of the import requirements. Any pet entering Singapore must comply with applicable Singapore animal import regulations, permits, vaccinations and health certification requirements. Owners should review the latest government requirements before travelling.

Can I stay at ONE\u00b015 Marina after clearing into Singapore?\nYes, subject to berth availability and applicable Marina charges.\nDo I need to reserve a berth separately from my CIQ booking?\nIf you require overnight berthing at ONE\u00b015 Marina Sentosa Cove, a berth reservation should be arranged separately with the Marina team as part of your visit planning.
