Thank you Charlene and Sharon for your patience and support in planning and hosting our meeting in the Constellation Ballroom and yacht outing on Eagle Wings 1. The both of you have been most friendly and helpful in working on the arrangements with us.

The banquet team demonstrated outstanding service and were attentive and knowledgeable in meeting all of our needs. Beck was proactive in providing us with Wi-Fi access while the restaurant staff were highly efficient at serving our hourlong lunch.

We were also pampered by the yacht team, who were always quick to refill our glasses and serve us food without any prompting!

Charlene and her team did a wonderful job in overseeing the event from beginning to end. Aware that we intended to host our clients at the function, the team paid special attention to exploring all possible venues and were patient in coordinating with us to deliver the best possible experience for them.

While the difficult weather that we had expected halfway through the event did not materialise, the team had been proactive in reassuring us of contingencies in the event that it did occur.

Our guests enjoyed a sumptuous banquet and were undoubtedly delighted with the location – most of them stayed around for much longer than we had anticipated!
