Venue limits for physical attendees*:
• NOVA Room: 20 pax
• Constellation Ballroom I: Min. 30 pax, Max. 50 pax
• Constellation Ballroom : Min. 60 pax, Max. 150 pax (In zones of 50 pax each)
*Guidelines on group sizes are only applicable to MICE events.
The limitation for virtual attendees is dependent on the host’s platform.
ARE FOOD & DRINKS PROVIDED?
Our packages come with lunch with 2 tea breaks*.
Individual packaged meals can also be sent to virtual attendees upon special request.

WHAT IF WE RUN INTO SOME TECHNICAL DIFFICULTY?
To prevent any technical issues, the equipment is checked both offsite prior the event and during the set up at the event venue.
Set up is done at least 2 hours prior to any event to provide ample time for troubleshooting if any issues arise.
Our experienced technicians are also present during the duration of the event to operate the equipment, ensuring any potential issues are resolved immediately.
