Today is Jan 15 – ONE°15 Day! As we look back at 2020, we celebrate the many ways the ONE°15 Community around the world came together to celebrate a life less ordinary – through innovation, grit, and giving back despite the challenges faced during the pandemic.

⚓️ ONE°15 Brooklyn Marina gave back to the community through multiple initiatives, including providing free meals to front-liners, starting a fundraiser, restoring the oyster population and providing yacht charters to marginalized groups.

⚓️ ONE°15 Marina Club – Sentosa Cove went digital with their e-shop, ran a digital amazing race to raise awareness for Eco Month, and took the opportunity to re-configure the marina to accommodate more superyachts.

⚓️ ONE°15 Marina Puteri Harbour saw the successful launch of its purpose-built ONE°15 Estuari Sports Centre in compliance with the safe-distancing measures.

4 October 2020 marked the official launch of ONE°15 Estuari Sports Centre (the “Centre”) in the Iskandar Puteri residential zone in Johor Bahru, Malaysia at an opening ceremony graced by guest-of-honour Johor Tourism, Youth and Sports Committee Chairman, YB Datuk Onn Hafiz Bin Ghazi. The event was followed by a VIP tour of the premises led by Brian Werner, General Manager of ONE°15 Estuari Sports Centre and ONE°15 Marina Puteri Harbour, Malaysia.

Located just a 5-minute drive away from the upcoming marina club ONE˚15 Marina Puteri Harbour, the sprawling 13,000m² integrated sports complex features five indoor/outdoor tennis courts, five badminton courts and two squash courts, a 50-metre Olympic-sized pool compliant with FINA standards, yoga/ aerobic/ zumba/ spinning studios, a pool café, a martial arts studio, a rock-climbing wall, and more. These state-of-the-art facilities are planned to be leveraged as a platform to promote active lifestyle programmes, as well as act as a world-class sports hub and training centre for Members, aspiring athletes and elite athletes to hone their skills at both leisure and competitive fronts.

ONE°15 Estuari Sports Centre’s inauguration comes after months of careful planning with the safety and health of its guests, visitors and members and staff in mind amid the global Covid-19 pandemic. Besides committing to the implementation of social distancing, contact tracing and other necessary public health measures, the premises and equipment are also thoroughly cleaned and disinfected multiple times a day with sdpro, a US EPA-approved self-disinfecting coating distributed regionally by SUTL EnvironTech.

As a world-class sporting venue in Johor with the potential to host national and international sporting events in a post-Covid world, the Centre is well equipped to stage regular activities and special events that include team-building activities, birthday parties and private group sporting workshops. It will also offer an outstanding range of sports academies including swimming, tennis, badminton and scuba-diving to provide training programmes for individuals across all age groups and learning stages. Running and cycling clubs with a regular schedule of group runs and rides will also be formed with the aim of building local sporting communities within the precinct, along with other popular activities in both Singapore and Johor.

SUTL Enterprise Executive Director and CEO, Mr Arthur Tay, commented, “The launch of ONE°15 Estuari Sports Centre is a milestone that is in line with the Group’s vision to create a lifestyle sporting hub and enhance vibrancy and energy in the community. We also hope to promote the joys of yachting and other sporting-related events among families, friends and business people alike. More importantly it serves as a prelude to the much-anticipated opening of ONE˚15 Marina Puteri Harbour, Malaysia, where construction works will re-commence in 1QFY2021 following unforeseen, temporary disruptions as a result of border controls between Malaysia and Singapore due to Covid-19. Upon the clubhouse’s completion in 2023, members will be able to enjoy the benefits of dual membership perks that grant them access to the facilities at both ONE˚15 Marina Puteri Harbour and ONE°15 Estuari Sports Centre.”

Anwar Syahrin Abdul Ajib, UEM Sunrise’s Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, said that the opening of the ONE°15 Estuari Sports Centre was the result of a successful joint venture between SUTL Enterprise and UEM Land Berhad (“UEM Land”), a wholly owned subsidiary of UEM Sunrise Berhad (“UEM Sunrise”). “As master developer of Iskandar Puteri, we envisioned a vibrant community to breathe life into our high-quality and world class developments. With ONE°15 Estuari Sports Centre to add prestige and unique value to our Puteri Harbour expansion plans, this will also contribute to making Iskandar Puteri a truly sustainable community.”

ONE15 Marina Development Berhad (“ONE15 Marina Development”), a Joint Venture Company between SGX Mainboard-listed SUTL Enterprise Limited (“SUTL Enterprise” or the “Group”) and UEM Land Berhad (“UEM Land”) a wholly owned subsidiary of UEM Sunrise Berhad (“UEM Sunrise”) has successfully opened its Sales Gallery for ONE°15 Marina Puteri Harbour
Malaysia.

The new 3,961 sq ft Sales Gallery was unveiled at a private launch event held on the afternoon of 27 July 2019, which saw a turnout of more than 150 attendees including invited homeowners and their families within the Iskandar precinct of Johor, Malaysia as well as from Singapore. Together with guest-of-honour Mr Lin Jiayi, Consul for the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Johor Bahru, they witnessed the facility’s ribbon-cutting ceremony led by SUTL Enterprise Executive Director and CEO Mr Arthur Tay and UEM Sunrise’s Project Director for Iskandar Puteri Development, Mr Jeff Saw.

As part of the event’s many highlights, the nautical lifestyle experience was offered to some residents and their families aboard luxury yacht cruises provided by Princess Yachts Southeast Asia, Boat Lagoon Yachting and Luxury Superyachts. On land, guests were given guided tours using Segway machines provided by GoGreen Holdings as part of its efforts to promote the sporting lifestyle. Puteri Harbour is the quayside lifestyle retail and family entertainment complex in Kota Iskandar, Johor, which will soon welcome ONE°15 Marina Puteri Harbour Malaysia to its fast-expanding range of waterfront living options.

In line with ONE15 Marina Development’s family-centric approach to promoting an active outdoor lifestyle, the day’s programme featured wholesome and inclusive entertainment highlights such as balloon sculpting, face painting, as well as art & craft and cupcake-making workshops. Guests also took part in photo opportunities throughout the event; showcasing just some of the ways ONE°15 Marina Puteri Harbour Malaysia is poised to serve as a dynamic lifestyle hub for residents and visitors, adults and children alike.

The newly launched Sales Gallery marks yet another milestone for ONE°15 Marina Puteri Harbour Malaysia which broke ground in March 2019, three years after SUTL Enterprise first inked its joint
venture agreement with UEM Land in 2016. Upon its expected completion in 2021, the integrated marina development will feature a 13,616 m2 private clubhouse with a full-service private marina
comprising 207 berths, 77 deluxe hotel rooms and suites, a two-storey Members’ Lounge, a 360-seat ballroom as well as meeting rooms. Other amenities include a fitness centre, floating bar and grille,
lifestyle pool with water play area for kids, multiple dining outlets, co-working spaces, kids’ club, a day spa, and retail outlets.

Like its sister marinas owned and managed by SUTL Enterprise, the new marina is set to curate and host its own adaptions of boating and sporting events such as the Boat Light Parade held annually at
ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove, Singapore, where parade boats decked in festive lights gather to create an enchanting on-water spectacle for public viewing. In due course, ONE°15 Marina Puteri Harbour Malaysia will also be opening a sailing school on its premises as part of its efforts to introduce and promote a universal love for the ocean and all things marine.

While ONE°15 Marina Puteri Harbour Malaysia is in the midst of construction, ONE°15 Estuari Sports Centre is slated to open by end 2019 with the aim of nurturing a passion for sports among youths,
children and aspiring athletes. The integrated sports complex will be located in close proximity to ONE°15 Marina Puteri Harbour Malaysia’s development site. ONE°15 Marina Puteri Harbour members
will benefit from a dual membership package that includes the fully integrated sports facility, ONE°15 Estuari Sports Centre. Members will enjoy preferential rates for sports programmes and facilities as
well as partake in exclusive sports clinics organised.

Among its facilities are five indoor/outdoor tennis courts, five badminton courts, two squash courts, an Olympic-sized pool that meets FINA standards, yoga/aerobic studios, a café, a fitness centre and a
rock climbing wall. Aside from its plans to open a tennis academy, the sports centre will also establish a swim academy in partnership with DSA Swim Academy, which manages Kuala Lumpur’s National
Aquatic Centre, to provide training programmes for individuals across all age groups and learning stages.
