A dedicated space for post-workout restoration to support recovery and relaxation. Members only.
Before Your Session
  • A full shower with soap is mandatory before entry. This helps maintain hygiene and water quality.
  • Recommended time: 1–5 minutes; do not exceed 10 minutes per session to prevent the risk of hypothermia.
  • First-timers should start with 1–2 minutes and build up gradually.
  • Enter and exit slowly to prevent shock and injury.
  • Do not submerge your head or face — this increases the risk of fainting or cardiac stress.
  • Maintain stillness. No jumping, diving, or splashing.
  • Only one person is allowed per bath unless otherwise designated.
