CANCELLATION POLICY
Penalty Charges for Cancellation
The penalty charges outlined in the table below apply to all event registrants, including Members and their guest(s). Members are responsible for any penalties incurred by their guests.
The cancellation/ no show charges are as follows:
- 10 days before the event – 25% of the event fee
- 7 days before the event – 50% of the event fee
- 5 days before the event – 75% of the event fee
- Within 72 hours/ No show – 100% of the event fee
Substitute Request(s)
If you are unable to attend the event, you are welcome to invite another Member, to attend in your place at no additional cost.
To register a substitute guest, Member is required to email the name, email address and contact number of both the registered and substitute to
membership.sc@one15marina.com at least 24 hours before the event.
Amendments/ Cancellation by ONE°15 Marina
In the event of an unforeseen circumstance which causes the event to be cancelled, all attendees will be informed via email.
ONE°15 Marina reserves the right to modify all or parts of the event at its discretion, for any reason, at any time.
Payment
Cancellation fees and/ or penalty charges will be charged to Member’s account after the event.
Penalty charges are final and cannot be waived.
