Presented in an assorted box of eight mini mooncakes at $88 per box, this year’s Artisanal Mini Snow Skin Collection brings together four chilled creations that play on texture, aroma and modern flavour pairings. From delicate notes to richer, bolder profiles, the assortment is made for those who enjoy a fresh, contemporary take on Mid-Autumn treats.
Hojicha with Blackcurrant. One of the most unexpected pairings in the collection, Hojicha with Blackcurrant combines the deep, roasted notes of hojicha with vibrant blackcurrant confit and smooth caramel. The result is a rich yet harmonious blend of sweet, tangy and gently bitter flavours that unfolds beautifully with every bite.
Dubai Chocolate. Inspired by the viral Dubai chocolate phenomenon, Dubai Chocolate layers roasted pistachio, crisp toasted kunafa and rich dark chocolate with a touch of sea salt. Creamy, crunchy and deeply satisfying, it delivers an indulgent contrast of textures in every bite.
