Before Your Session
  • A quick rinse is strongly recommended to remove body oils, lotions, or sweat before entry.
  • Always sit on a clean towel (provided). Use a second towel to wipe sweat.
  • Recommended session time: 15–30 minutes. Do not exceed 45 minutes.
  • Beginners should start with 10–15 minutes and build tolerance gradually.
  • Do not pour water on the infrared heaters — this is not a traditional steam sauna.
  • Do not place any items on or against the heaters — this is a fire hazard.
  • Refrain from use if you have open wounds, lesions, or contagious skin conditions.
  • Use a second towel to wipe sweat.
  • Cool down gradually; a lukewarm shower is recommended.
  • Rehydrate with water.
  • Dry off before exiting the area to avoid slippery floors.
  • Use sanitising wipes to clean any sweat from benches.
  • Dispose of towels in the designated laundry bins.
  • Leave the area clean for the next user.
