Terms and conditions
1. All existing Members (each a “Referrer”) are eligible to participate in the “Refer an RTC Friend. Get Rewarded” programme (the “Programme”).
2. For each referral submitted under the Programme, the Referrer warrants and confirms that the referred prospective RTC Member (the “Referee”) has consented to their personal data being provided to ONE15 Marina Club (“ONE15”) and to receiving marketing communications about the Programme from the Club.
3. Only Members with good payment records and no outstanding dues or bills are eligible for the Programme.
4. A Referrer may refer any number of Referees; however, Programme benefits are limited to a maximum of three (3) successful referrals per Referrer.
5. The new membership must be purchased from a seller included on the Club’s list of approved sellers.
6. The Referee must not be an existing or former Member of the Club.
7. The Referee must be referred by an existing Member and must not have previously contacted, or been contacted by, the Club regarding membership. Any Referee who has had such prior contact with the Club is not eligible for the Programme.
8. A Referrer who sources their own buyer independently is not eligible for the Programme.
9. A Referee who sources their own seller independently is not eligible for the Programme.
10. Transactions conducted through membership brokers or other third parties are not eligible for the Programme.
11. Rewards must be accepted as offered and may not be converted into any other form of credit, applied towards subscription fees or outstanding amounts, exchanged for cash, or otherwise varied.
12. The default reward issued will be F&B credits, unless otherwise stated.
13. F&B credits will be credited to the respective membership accounts of the Referrer and the Referee. The credits are not exchangeable for cash and must be used within six (6) months from the date of the successful referral. The validity period will not be extended.
14. All new membership applications are subject to the Club’s approval.
15. Rewards will be issued only after the Referee’s membership application has been approved, the Referee has completed payment, and any applicable cooling-off period has expired.
16. The Programme may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or special arrangement.
17. ONE15 reserves the right to vary, suspend, or cancel the Programme, or to amend these terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the Club’s decision shall be final.
