Guided by a certified instructor, these classes focus on gentle yet functional movements designed to improve strength, mobility, mental wellbeing, and overall health. Think of it as the support you need through each stage of pregnancy and beyond, helping to ease discomfort, build resilience, and promote better recovery.
Important to Note
Prenatal: Generally suitable from the second trimester onwards. Participation in the first trimester depends on prior experience, current pregnancy condition, and your doctor’s approval.
Postnatal: Recommended from 6 weeks postnatal—or 8 to 10 weeks after a caesarean—with medical clearance following a postnatal check-up.
