Before Your Session

A full shower with soap is mandatory before entry. This helps maintain hygiene and water quality.

During Your Session

Recommended time: 1–5 minutes; do not exceed 10 minutes per session to prevent the risk of hypothermia.
First-timers should start with 1–2 minutes and build up gradually.
Enter and exit slowly to prevent shock and injury.
Do not submerge your head or face — this increases the risk of fainting or cardiac stress.
Maintain stillness. No jumping, diving, or splashing.
Only one person is allowed per bath unless otherwise designated.

Before Your Session

A quick rinse is strongly recommended to remove body oils, lotions, or sweat before entry.

During Your Session

Always sit on a clean towel (provided). Use a second towel to wipe sweat.
Recommended session time: 15–30 minutes. Do not exceed 45 minutes.
Beginners should start with 10–15 minutes and build tolerance gradually.
Do not pour water on the infrared heaters — this is not a traditional steam sauna.
Do not place any items on or against the heaters — this is a fire hazard.
Refrain from use if you have open wounds, lesions, or contagious skin conditions.
Use a second towel to wipe sweat.

After Your Session

Cool down gradually; a lukewarm shower is recommended.
Rehydrate with water.
Dry off before exiting the area to avoid slippery floors.
Use sanitising wipes to clean any sweat from benches.
Dispose of towels in the designated laundry bins.
Leave the area clean for the next user.

Booking guidelines

Booking window opens one week in advance. Members may book the recovery rooms within one week of the booking date.
Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Minimum of 55 minutes each booking to a maximum of 2 bookings per day.
Recovery room charges will be charged to the Member’s account.
Member is required to produce his/ her membership card at the ONE Fitness Centre reception upon entry.
Cancellations should be done at least twenty four (24) hours before the reserved time either through the mobile app for Members or notify ONE Fitness Centre and/or Recreation office.

To Book

Members are to book the recovery room via the ONE°15 Marina Mobile app (For first time users, please click “Forget password” to log in).
Recovery room is booked only when you receive a confirmation email.
Bookings are exclusive to ONE°15 Members.

Booking & Arrival

All sessions must be pre-booked via the ONE°15 Marina mobile app.
Arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled session to allow time for check-in.
Sessions start and end on time. Late arrivals will result in shortened sessions.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges or loss of session credits.

Health & Safety – Read Carefully

Mandatory Medical Clearance: If you have any medical conditions — including but not limited to heart disease, high/low blood pressure, diabetes, epilepsy, kidney disease, skin infections, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding — you must consult a medical professional before using the ice bath or infrared sauna.
Inherent Risk Warning: Ice baths and infrared saunas expose the body to extreme temperatures. Misuse or underlying health issues can result in serious injury or medical complications.
Use at Your Own Risk: By entering, you acknowledge and accept these risks. ONE°15 Marina bears no liability for any adverse outcomes.
Know Your Limits: Stop immediately if you experience dizziness, nausea, shivering, chest discomfort, or any unusual symptoms. Seek assistance if needed.
Hydration is Essential: Drink water before and after your session to prevent dehydration.
Do Not Use Under the Influence: Alcohol and recreational drugs significantly increase risk and are strictly prohibited.
Avoid Heavy Meals: A light snack is acceptable before your session.

Dress Code & Hygiene

Clean swimwear is required for both facilities.
Loose, clean athletic wear is permitted in the sauna.
Shower sandals are recommended; outdoor footwear is not allowed in spa areas.
Please shower thoroughly before entering the ice bath or sauna.
A thorough shower with soap is mandatory before using the ice bath and highly recommended before using the sauna.

Belongings & Behaviour

Please store personal items in the lockers provided. Avoid bringing valuables.
Electronics are discouraged and brought in at your own risk.
Maintain a calm, quiet atmosphere out of respect for others.

Prohibited Activities

Smoking, vaping, or drug use are strictly prohibited.
Consumption of food or glass containers in spa areas.
Personal grooming such as shaving or dyeing hair.
Use of flammable substances or aerosols.
Any aggressive, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour.
Filming or photographing others without express consent.

Enforcement & Agreement

ONE°15 Marina staff reserve the right to deny access to anyone posing a health or safety risk or not complying with these rules.
Failure to adhere to the guidelines may result in temporary or permanent suspension of facility access without refund.
These guidelines may be updated periodically; the latest version will be posted online and on site.

By using the Recovery Room, you agree to comply with all regulations and assume full responsibility for your personal health and safety.
