CANCELLATION POLICY
The penalty charges outlined below apply to all event registrants, including Members and their guest(s). Members are responsible for any penalties incurred by their guests.

The cancellation/ no show charges are as follows:

Penalty Charges for Cancellation
- 10 days before the event – 25% of event fee
- 7 days before the event – 50% of event fee
- 5 days before the event – 75% of event fee
- Within 72 hours/ No show – 100% of event fee

Substitute Request(s)
If you or your guest are unable to attend the event, you are welcome to invite another Member, to attend in your place at no additional cost.
To register a substitute, Member is required to email the names, email addresses and contact numbers of both the registered and substitute to [email protected] at least 24 hours before the event.

Amendments/ Cancellation by ONE°15 Marina
In the event of unforeseen circumstances which cause the event to be cancelled, all attendees will be informed via email.

ONE°15 Marina reserves the right to modify all or parts of the events at its discretion, for any reason, at any time.

Payment
Registration fees and/or penalty charges will be charged to Member’s account after the event.
Penalty charges are final and cannot be waived.
