If you are driving to ONE°15 Marina, follow these directions:
1. Turn left to Artillery Avenue at the first roundabout after exiting Sentosa Gateway gantry.
2. Continue straight to Allanbrooke Road, towards Sentosa Cove.
3. Upon reaching Sentosa Cove, make a right turn to Cove Drive at the dolphin fountain roundabout and keep to your left.
4. Turn left at the first turn and enter ONE°15 Marina.
2. How do I get to ONE°15 Marina by public transport?
ONE°15 Marina shuttle bus service runs about every 30 minutes (except between 12.45pm-2.15pm).
Pick up points: Harbourfront MRT Exit D (Opposite Vivo City) and Sentosa Cove Arrival Plaza. Hotel and F&B guests are allowed to board the shuttle, however priority will be given to staff during peak hours (9am and 6pm). Guests will have to show room their room key or hotel confirmation to board the bus.

Parking is available at Sentosa Cove Village Carpark beside ONE ̊15 Marina.
$1.20/hour ($0.02/min), 7am – 5pm daily
$2.40/entry, 5.01pm – 6.59am daily
2. Do ONE ̊15 Marina’s hotel guests have complimentary parking?
All hotel guests are entitled to 1 complimentary parking (unlimited entries).
3. I chartered a yacht. Will I have complimentary parking?
Only yacht charters booked through ONE ̊15 Charters Luxury Yachting are entitled a complimentary parking coupon. You may request for complimentary parking (unlimited entries) from our Luxury Yachting team at [email protected] or at +65 6305 9676.
Shipping & Exchanges
1. How long will my order take to process?
Orders typically take 1 – 3 working days to be processed. If your order is a pre-order, it will be processed when stock is available.
2. Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not offer international shipping.
3. What is the fee for local shipping?
Local shipping is free for all orders above $60+. $20 fee applies for orders below $60+.
4. What is your returns & exchange policy?
All items are packed carefully before they are shipped out. For food items, please make sure to check upon collection or delivery as once they have been delivered/collected, food items will be non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
If any of the food items are damaged at the point of delivery (the driver will usually be able to make an assessment), please let us know and we will make alternative arrangements for you.
For non-food items, please inform us of defect within 7 days of receiving the item. Damaged items will be replaced with a new one. Items to be exchanged must not be opened or used.
