Christmas Festival Highlights
Christmas Festival Highlights
On 25 and 26 November, Boaters’ Bar was transformed into a festive haven with enchanting Christmas decorations, marking the beginning of the holiday season for our Members and guests alike. We were glad to play host to the festival-goers who turned up in enthusiastic and merrymaking spirits.
Boat Rides with Santa Claus
Spanning across both days, Members and guests were taken on a voyage around the marina on board a speedboat and accompanied by a real-life Santa Claus. Embarking from the fuel dock, participants explored the marina and the well-decorated boats of the Boat Light Parade, before ending off with a photo opportunity at the floating Christmas tree.
Due to the overwhelming response, rides and capacity were doubled to accommodate more participants. Thank you everyone for your wonderful support and to our sponsor Yacht Cruise SG.
Artisan Market
As part of the festivities, the Artisan Market was filled with unique gifts and handcrafted homeware, supported by an array of local companies, such as:
- Concrete Everything, a local design studio that explores the beauty of material through experimentation
- Hush Candle, a women-led boutique home fragrance studio specialising in all natural, essential oil-based candles, home fragrances and other lifestyle products
- Pisces Passion, an upcycling studio that upcycles used wine bottles into beautiful homeware products
- Spirited Xchange, a local distributor for the Special Releases Scotch Whisky Collection
The Market was a hit among Members and guests, with many lugging bags of purchases, sharing that it’s perfect for Christmas gifting.
Boat Light Parade
The highlight of this grandeur festival is definitely the highly anticipated Boat Light Parade, returning after a year of hiatus! Boats ranging from motor yachts to superyachts participated in this year’s edition, showcasing their creative decorations. The boats were adorned in the festive spirit, and the owners were dressed to the nines.
Our heartiest congratulations to our winners of the night! Abenaki who won Best Dressed Boat, Voyager and Abenaki for tying for Boat with Best Dressed Team and King’s Point II for People’s Choice.

Festivities
What is a Christmas Festival without decorations? Debuting at the festival, a magical Tunnel of Lights greeted Members and guests at Marina Gate 2, a crowd-favourite for selfies and photos. At Boaters’ Bar, an inflatable Santa Claus hung from the side of the roof amongst other festive ornaments welcomed diners. Also making its return, the iconic Floating Christmas Tree continues to bedazzle onlookers with its twinkling lights.
On the first day of the festival, the enchanting sounds of festive joy radiated through the air as the talented trio from OnTheRox.sg took the stage. Members and guests found themselves drawn to the lively melodies of Christmas tunes, creating an atmosphere filled with merriment and delight.
The festive spirit continued to echo on the second day, where Christmas carols wafted from a distance. Members and guests enthusiastically joined, harmonising with the carollers the classic tunes of the season.
We are thrilled that everyone enjoyed the holiday festivities and are grateful for the support of our community.
