CANCELLATION POLICY
Penalty Charges for Cancellation
For cancellation of paid events, the cancellation fees are as follows:
- 10 days before the event - 25% of the event fee
- 7 days before the event - 50% of the event fee
- 5 days before the event - 75% of the event fee
- Within 72 hours/ No show - 100% of the event fee
Substitute Request(s)
If you are unable to attend the event, you are welcome to invite another Member, or a guest, to attend in your place at no additional cost.
To register a substitute guest, Member is required to email the name, email address and contact number of both the registered and substitute to
[email protected] at least 24 hours before the event.
Amendments/ Cancellation by ONE°15 Marina
In the event of an unforeseen circumstance which causes the event to be cancelled, all attendees will be informed via email, and a full refund of registration fees will be made.
ONE°15 Marina reserves the right to modify all or parts of the event at its discretion, for any reason, at any time.
Payment
Registration/ Cancellation fees will be charged to Member’s account after the event.
Cancellation fees are non-waivable.
