Directions
1. How do I get to ONE°15 Marina by car?
If you are driving to ONE°15 Marina, follow these directions:
1. Turn left to Artillery Avenue at the first roundabout after exiting Sentosa Gateway gantry.
2. Continue straight to Allanbrooke Road, towards Sentosa Cove.
3. Upon reaching Sentosa Cove, make a right turn to Cove Drive at the dolphin fountain roundabout and keep to your left.
4. Turn left at the first turn and enter ONE°15 Marina.
2. How do I get to ONE°15 Marina by public transport?
ONE°15 Marina shuttle bus service runs about every 30 minutes (except between 12.45pm – 2.15pm).
Pick up points: Harbourfront MRT Exit D (Opposite Vivo City) and Sentosa Cove Arrival Plaza. Hotel and F&B guests are allowed to board the shuttle, however priority will be given to staff during peak hours (9am and 6pm). Guests are to show their room key, hotel confirmation or reservation confirmation to board the bus.

Yes, the hotel provides one mobility access room in the Hillview category, thoughtfully designed for enhanced comfort and convenience. Key features of the room include:

- A distress call button for added safety.
- Handrails installed in key areas for additional support.
- Amenities placed at a lower height for easy reach.
6. I have submitted a request for a refund. When will I receive my refund?
Debit/credit card deposit will be refunded between 14 – 21 working days depending on issuing bank.
