CIQ FACILITY RESERVATION FORM

• The vessel agent/ boater has to complete and submit the CIQ Reservation Form online together with the vessel registration, insurance, and crew and passenger list at least one day prior to the boat's arrival and/or departure at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove.

• The vessel agent must be present at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove during the immigration clearance process conducted by Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA).

• Cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected] at least 4 hours before your arrival time, failing which the custom clearance charges will be levied accordingly.

• Late arrival charges of $55 per hour shall be applied should you fail to show up with your vessel at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove CIQ based on your booking arrival time.

• The marina will review the reservations for vessels more than 125ft (38.1m) based on the availability of the berth as our CIQ area can only accommodate vessels lesser than 125ft (38.1m).
