I fully understand and accept that participating in trampoline activities carries inherent risks, which may include, but are not limited to, sprains, fractures, concussions, falls, collisions, or other serious injuries — including the risk of permanent disability or death. I voluntarily accept and assume all such risks, whether known or unknown, associated with my participation.

In consideration of being granted access to and participating in the trampoline group class, I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, waive, and discharge ONE°15 Marina, its service providers, employees, contractors, agents, volunteers, and affiliated facilities from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from or relate to my participation — including those resulting from negligence, gross negligence, or any act or omission.

Furthermore, I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the above-named parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) that may result from my actions, conduct, or participation in the class, including any injury or damage I may cause to myself or others.
