In celebration of SG60, this year’s limited-edition release reimagines nostalgic Singaporean favourites alongside timeless classics—perfect for gifting or sharing in the warmth of home gatherings. Mooncakes are available for order now, with collection from 2 September to 6 October 2025.

Meticulously handcrafted by the culinary team, this year’s mini snow skin mooncake collection pays homage to local flavours while introducing bold, modern innovations. With a perfect blend of nostalgia and surprise, the selection pays tribute to the tastes that have shaped generations. Presented in a box of 8 mini mooncakes (two of each flavour), this exclusive collection is available at $78 per box. 

Making its elegant debut this season, the Golden Salted Yolk mini snow skin mooncake is a refined indulgence that captures the spirit of Mid-Autumn with quiet sophistication. Beneath its pristine snow skin exterior lies a luscious salted egg yolk centre — smooth, savoury, and delicately balanced with a touch of sweetness. 

A daring standout in this collection, the Imperial Bak Kwa Crunch mini snow skin mooncake is where bold tradition meets refined innovation. This fusion of premium barbecued pork, roasted nuts, and white lotus paste delivers smoky, savoury flavours with an addictive crunch, making it a delight for adventurous palates.   

Inspired by a cherished local favourite, the Heritage Chendol mini snow skin mooncake captures the vibrant essence of pandan, velvety coconut, and fragrant gula melaka. It delivers a graceful harmony of sweetness and creaminess, evoking the warmth of tradition with every elegant bite — sweet, smooth, and unmistakably nostalgic. 

Rooted in Teochew tradition, the classic Orh Nee with Gingko mini snow skin mooncake features a smooth yam paste with gingko flesh engulfed in the white lotus paste. Subtly sweet, earthy, and balanced with a delicate crunch, it is a cultivated blend of tradition and innovation. 

Classic Bakes in Every Box

Featured in the collection are our ever-popular White Lotus Single Yolk and Double Yolk Baked mooncakes. These low-sugar treats remain a must-have for purists who value authenticity and balance. Presented in a box of four (two of each flavour) at $68.

Mooncake collection begins on 2 September 2025. 

  • Self-collection is available Tuesdays to Sundays. 
  • Delivery is available Tuesdays to Saturdays, with time slots between 10:00am–1:00pm or 2:00pm–5:00pm.
