COVID-19 Updates: Safe Management Measures

As we welcome Members back to the Club from 2 June, it is our utmost priority to keep you protected at all times. Besides being SG Clean certified, the Club has proper safe distancing measures, contact tracing measures, and a rigorous disinfecting routine that are in line with the government’s direction for a safe reopening.

• SafeEntry

  Members are requested to proceed to WOK°15 Kitchen foyer to complete your SafeEntry submission via the following methods:
  
  a. Scanning of identification card with a bar code
  e.g. NRIC, driver’s licence, student pass and work permit
  b. Scanning of QR code using your mobile phone

• Health Declaration

  Members and guests are required to fill up a health declaration form at WOK°15 Kitchen foyer upon entry to the Club.

  To facilitate Members’ convenience, you may complete your health declaration form here prior to arriving at the Club. Kindly note that the declaration is only valid for the day itself.

• Safe Distancing

  All Members and staff are required to practice safe distancing of at least 1 metre apart. Floor markers are used to clearly demarcate queue lines and a designated waiting area is made for Members and guests waiting for food orders.

  Electronic and cashless payment methods are also available to reduce contact between Members and staff.

• Sanitization & Disinfection
  

  Regular cleaning and disinfection of common spaces are carried out multiple times a day followed by a complete wipe-down at the end of the day.

  Frontline staff are reminded to constantly keep their hands clean and are also provided with hand sanitizers to ensure that their hands are disinfected. Hand sanitizers are also placed in close proximity to high touch surfaces such as door handles and lifts.

• Closure of Selected Facilities

  Club amenities such as the infinity pool, tennis courts, gym, spa, arcade room, kids’ playroom and innerCove will be closed until further notice. The Club will also not be accepting any staycations as all local residents are encouraged to stay home during this time.

  LATITUDE Bistro and WOK°15 Kitchen will be opened for takeaways and deliveries only.

New Tennis Partner – Olaso Tennis Academy

We are pleased to share that the Club has successfully engaged Olaso Tennis Academy as our tennis partner who will commence with us on 22 June 2020.

Backed by a team of experienced coaches including former ATP players and professionals, Members can enjoy high quality private and group lessons, friendly matches and invitations to watch high performance tennis live.

Olaso Tennis Academy also has a proven track record for its junior program. The academy has produced juniors who have been awarded scholarships to USA Division 1 colleges.

The Olaso team would like to say hello to Members and will be organizing an Open Day where there will be games, technique analysis and prizes to be won. More details will be shared closer to date and we hope that you can join us at this event!

About Guillermo Olaso

Olaso Tennis Academy is headed by Guillermo Olaso, a former 160 ATP World Ranked Player. He has played in Wimbledon, French Open, Australian Open and the US Open. He won 23 professional titles on the International Men’s Tennis Tour and has been Singapore Davis Cup training partner. He holds the record for the longest tie break ever played in the ATP challenger tour.

He is the Singapore Open 2019 and 2020 Champion, Spanish doubles national champion and has competed and won against top 50 players like Nicolas Massu, former Olympic Gold medalist.

Members’ Birthday Privileges

Although birthday celebrations may look a little different during this time, the Club would still like wish you a joyous birthday.

We understand that Members may not be able to utilize your birthday privileges during this period. Hence, we are happy to extend the expiry dates of the privileges by 3 months for Members whose birthdays fall in the months of April, May and June.
