The Club introduces a new programme – PADI Open Water Dive Course conducted by White Manta Diving School. Get your diving license at your convenience.
The PADI Open Water Diver course consists of three main phases:
• Knowledge development to understand basic principles of scuba diving
• Confined Water Dives to learn basic scuba skills
• Open Water Dives at ONE15 Marina Sentosa Cove to review your skills and explore!
The course programme includes:
• One theory session (2 – 3 hours)
• Confined water dive (up to 5 times pool sessions), which must be completed 2-3 days prior to open water dive trip.
• PADI eLearning, log book, instructions and certification
• Scuba equipment rental

Junior Tennis Group Lessons
These lessons are a great way to kick-start your child’s interest in tennis and nurture early competition. Normal balls are used for closed drills.
30-minute and 1-hour lessons are available on weekdays and weekends with a minimum of 3 players for a class to commence.
Parents will be notified in the event of bad weather.

Aqua Bike
This is an introductory class suitable for beginners. Combining simple coordination of arm movements while cycling to background music, this exercise is an ideal way to work out your joints and muscles. Aqua shoes are required for the lessons.
