Chef Chum Kar Ho brings more than 45 years of culinary expertise to WOK°15 Kitchen. He cut his teeth in Cantonese cuisine by working at reputable restaurants in Hong Kong for 20 years, and spent the latter half of his career helming several celebrated Cantonese restaurants in Singapore including Crystal Jade Palace Restaurant and Tung Lok.

Drawing from his years of experiences, Chef Chum is a master of traditional Cantonese cuisines and is constantly innovating to develop new contemporary dishes.

Together with his team, Chef Chum continues to make changes to the restaurant, from enhancing the menu to refreshing dish flavours.  He hopes to push the boundaries in Cantonese cooking and excites palates with the freshest ingredients and flavours.
