Club Buzz: QR Code Payment, Maintenance Work & More

Dear Members,

We are here for you. And so here are three new, easier ways to contact the Club and make transactions.

New Email Addresses

Please take not that all generic email addresses will now be appended with ‘.sc’ (e.g. membership@one15marina.com is now membership.sc@one15marina.com). This is in preparation for the expansion of new ONE°15 Marina Clubs around the world such as ONE°15 Marina Puteri Harbour.

Members may get quicker support from the membership team by contacting us on Whatsapp at +6591447110. The membership team will be on standby during regular working hours (Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm). We endeavor to respond to all enquiries within 24h.

QR Code Payments

QR code payments are now available at the Club. You may opt to pay via QR code at the following outlets: LATITUDE Bistro, HELIOS93, Pool Bar, Bar Nebula, Banquet, Boaters’ Bar, WOK°15 Kitchen, Front Office, Gym, Recreation Office and Marina Office.

Modes of payment are as follows:

  • WeChat Pay
  • Alipay
  • UnionPay
  • Singtel Dash
  • PayNow (DBS, POSB, HSBC, Maybank, UOB, OCBC, Standard Chartered, ICBC, Bank of China)

Maintenance Work at Car Park Basement

There will be some maintenance work done at the Club’s car park basement from 4 – 15 November 2019, 9am – 7pm. Drilling noise, dusty and painting works will be expected during this period of rectification works. Drivers will have to reduce speed and follow the signage accordingly.
