SUTL Enterprise Receives Approval To Begin Sale of Memberships For ONE°15 Marina Puteri Harbour Malaysia

SINGAPORE – 21 DECEMBER 2018 – SUTL Enterprise Limited (“SUTL Enterprise” or the “Group”), a leading marina developer, operator, and consultant and owner of the ONE°15 brand today announced that ONE15 Marina Development Berhad, a Joint Venture Company (“JVC”) with UEM Land Berhad (“UEM Land”) a wholly owned subsidiary of UEM Sunrise Berhad (“UEM Sunrise”), has been granted the approval by the Companies Commission of Malaysia (or Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (“SSM”) to begin selling memberships for its upcoming private marina club at Puteri Harbour of Iskandar Puteri in Iskandar Malaysia, Johor, which will be named ONE°15 Marina Puteri Harbour, Malaysia.

This comes as their joint venture agreement turns unconditional with the fulfilment of all conditions precedent. JVC will proceed with ground breaking and commence construction of the marina in the first quarter of 2019. Sale of the private marina club memberships will begin concurrently with the commencement of the construction of the marina. The JVC is currently constructing a sales gallery in Puteri Harbour in Johor for the upcoming launch.

SUTL Enterprise Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, Mr Arthur Tay, said: “This has been long-awaited and we are pleased to have finally gotten SSM’s approval to go ahead with sales of membership. ONE°15 Marina Puteri Harbour Malaysia is expected to be completed by 2020 and the features and amenities of the approximately 13,616 m2 private Clubhouse will include a full-service private marina, 77 deluxe hotel rooms and suites, a Members’ Lounge, meeting rooms and a 320-seat ballroom, gym, swimming pool with water play area for kids, all-day dining restaurant, pool bar, rooftop bar and grill, co-working spaces, kids’ club, day spa and retail outlets.
