SINGAPORE, 16 MAY 2023 – It is with great pride and delight that we share this piece of great news – ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove was awarded the International Marina of the Year 2023 by Marina Industries Association (MIA) and award sponsor, Nautilus Marine Insurance, for the second consecutive time. ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove first achieved this in 2021, and is honoured to be awarded a second time. 

MIA is the peak body representing marinas and clubs for Asia Pacific, Australia, New Zealand and the Middle East. This award recognises and displays our commitment to service, environmental responsibility, industry excellence and our exemplary business practices. It is a true mark of distinction and a testament to our success, and our efforts in reconfiguring our marina in 2021. The bi-annual Awards ceremony was held at the Cruising Yacht Club of Australia that overlooks the scenic Rushcutters Bay.

We are also grateful to be awarded Finalists of two other award categories: Industry Innovation Award and BMT Environmental Award.  

As a marina operator, ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove is conscious of our contributions and actions on the planet. We are committed to finding innovative ways to maintain a sustainable marina and marine environment. From eliminating single-use plastic to regular marina clean-ups to electric vehicles, we remain steadfast in our commitment in maintaining a sustainable environment across our Club and our Marina. Some of our other initiatives include the ONE°15 Marina Coral Garden, organising the inaugural ocean and coastal conservation event Blue Water EduFest, installation of Collec’Thors, appointing Eco Advisors for the Club, future installation of solar panels and berths for electric vessels. 

These prestigious awards have added three feathers to our cap. Our other accomplishments that we have attained over the recent years are the Platinum Gold Anchor Marina, Superyacht Ready and Level 4 Clean Marina accreditations. 

The Club would like to take this opportunity to thank and extend its congratulations to all our Members and boaters who have a played a part or two in making this significant win possible.
