ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove Singapore has been awarded the Platinum Gold Anchor accreditation by the Marina Industries Association (MIA). This global accreditation is the highest accolade that the industry awards and is designed for marinas that offer unique marina experiences with personalised services and an array of top-notched facilities and amenities. The programme aims to provide boat owners and marina users with an easy reference system similar to hotel star ratings.

To achieve the platinum status, a marina has to score 95% after an extensive assessment of over against 86 separate criteria that includes an anonymous customer survey conducted to further ensure its services. ONE°15 Marina was applauded for its policies, planning & procedures, customer service and care for the environment.

The platinum status also comes with a significant responsibility as a leading global marina to ensure that best practices are maintained and there is an ongoing commitment to continual improvement.

ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove is a 270-berth marina that has undergone a $7 million marina reconfiguration to entrench its position as the marina of choice for pleasure crafts and superyachts. Changes made across the marina and Club included a new marina layout with revamped infrastructure, relocation of our marina office, installed new signage and safety ladders at the marina, and upgraded of our hotel rooms.

The marina is also accredited as an International Clean Marina for its commitment to the environment with eco-initiatives such as stamping out single-use plastics, hosting annual marina clean ups, and setting up a Coral Garden.

The award was presented at the Marinas22 International Conference and Trade Exhibition Gala Dinner in front of over 250 members of the industry.
